Special requests such as double bed, single beds or smoking room are not guaranteed by Travea.com. These requests are sent to the hotel and are subject to availability upon check-in.

All the payments are received by Travea.com in Euros, the value in other currencies is just the real time exchange rates, when a refund is made the client will get the amount paid in Euros at the time of the booking. For the refund a 2% tax will be charged for € (Except Portugal) and 3% for other currencies

Any complaint that can not be resolved at the hotel must be notified in writing with a maximum of 3 days after check-out. A copy of the complaint signed by the manager / owner of the establishment must also be submitted.
If there is something that can not be resolved at the hotel during the reservation period you should be informed immediately.
Travea.com will attempt to resolve your problem as soon as possible by the nature of the problem.
If the hotel is booked if it is overbooked or has maintenance problems and / or is unable to provide the booked room, then the hotel or supplier will take care of minimizing the inconvenience by trying to find alternatives in the same area in hotels of similar quality. If we are informed of this situation we will try to notify the client as soon as possible.
Travea.com accepts no responsibility for any losses or costs that may result from rehousing that the customer has accepted, because this situation is beyond our control.

The Travea.com website may be able to cancel reservations that appear fraudulent and may take the cases to the appropriate authorities.
